1. Who you are agreeing with
By using AdSummon, you are entering into an agreement with Rebu Media Limited, the operator of AdSummon. Our registered details:

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use AdSummon.
2. What AdSummon is
AdSummon is an AI-powered advertising analysis tool for digital advertising agencies and media buyers. It connects to your Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts via official APIs, reads your live performance data, and generates AI-assisted analysis and recommendations to support campaign decision-making.
AdSummon operates in read-only mode - it never creates, modifies, pauses, or deletes campaigns, ads, budgets, or any settings on your behalf. Every decision remains with you.
AdSummon is a productivity and decision-support tool. It does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advertising consultancy. All outputs - including analysis, recommendations, and confidence scores - are for informational purposes only.
3. Service disclaimer - as-is
AdSummon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Rebu Media Limited does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of AdSummon is at your own risk.
4. AI outputs - your responsibility
AdSummon's analysis is generated by probabilistic AI systems. Outputs - including recommendations, confidence scores, and data interpretations - may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before acting on it or sharing it with clients.
Confidence scores indicate the system's estimated reliability based on available data, not a guarantee of accuracy. Low-confidence outputs are flagged explicitly.
Rebu Media Limited is not liable for any campaign decisions, budget changes, client communications, or other actions taken based on AdSummon outputs.
5. Third-party platform disclaimer
Large language model APIs: AdSummon's AI analysis is powered by OpenAI's API. The quality, accuracy, and availability of AI outputs are subject to the capabilities and limitations of OpenAI's models. Rebu Media Limited is not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes in model behaviour, availability, or policy. If we change LLM providers, we will update this section accordingly.
Meta Ads API: AdSummon accesses advertising data via the official Meta Ads API under permissions you explicitly grant. Data availability, accuracy, and access permissions are governed by Meta Platforms, Inc. Rebu Media Limited is not responsible for data discrepancies, access interruptions, changes in API policy, or any decisions made by Meta that affect service functionality.
Google Ads API: AdSummon accesses advertising data via the official Google Ads API under permissions you explicitly grant. Data availability, accuracy, and access permissions are governed by Google LLC. Rebu Media Limited is not responsible for data discrepancies, access interruptions, changes in API policy, or any decisions made by Google that affect service functionality.
6. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when signing up.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may not share your account credentials with others or allow third parties to access the Service using your account.
- You must be duly authorised to connect and access any advertising accounts you link to AdSummon.
- Brand profiles, KPI thresholds, and conversation history you create within AdSummon are associated with your account and are your responsibility to maintain accurately.
7. Subscriptions and payment

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Prices are in USD. Rebu Media Limited reserves the right to adjust pricing for future billing periods with 30 days' advance notice.
Early Access commitment: Subscribers who join during the Early Access period receive a lifetime 50% discount on AdSummon's standard pricing. As standard pricing may increase over time, your rate will always equal 50% of the then-current standard price at the time of billing. For example, if the standard monthly price increases to $150, Early Access subscribers will pay $75/month. This benefit applies as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted. The Early Access period may end at any time at our discretion. If you cancel and resubscribe after the Early Access period has ended, standard pricing will apply and the Early Access discount will not be reinstated.
8. Refunds
- Monthly / Yearly plans: No partial refunds for unused periods. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
- Free trial: No charge if you cancel before the 7-day trial period ends.
9. User data and query logging
Queries and interactions submitted to AdSummon may be reviewed by the founding team of Rebu Media Limited solely for quality assurance and to ensure the Service functions correctly for you. This review is not shared with third parties and your data will not be used for marketing purposes or to train any AI model.

10. Acceptable use
- You may not use AdSummon to access ad accounts you are not authorised to manage.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of AdSummon.
- You may not use AdSummon to generate content intended to deceive or mislead clients.
- You may not resell or sublicense access to AdSummon without written permission.
- You may not attempt to exploit, manipulate, or circumvent AdSummon's systems through any means, including but not limited to hacking, prompt injection, or any other malicious input designed to bypass system restrictions or extract unintended outputs.
Rebu Media Limited reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access for any user found to be engaged in malicious, abusive, or unauthorised use of the service, without prior notice and without refund.
11. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of all data you input into AdSummon, including brand background information and advertising account data you connect to the Service. AI-generated outputs produced by AdSummon are provided for your use and may be shared with your clients.
Rebu Media Limited retains all rights to the AdSummon platform, software, user interface, and underlying technology. Nothing in these terms grants you any licence to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the AdSummon platform.
12. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service to reflect operational, legal, or technical updates. For any material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rebu Media Limited's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of AdSummon shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Rebu Media Limited in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Rebu Media Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or campaign performance outcomes.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of AdSummon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
