2.What AdSummon is

AdSummon is an AI-powered analysis and reporting tool for digital advertising professionals. It connects to Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts via official APIs and generates AI-assisted analysis to support campaign reporting and decision-making.

AdSummon is a productivity tool provided as a service. It does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advertising consultancy. All outputs are for informational and productivity purposes only.

AI outputs should not be used as the sole basis for campaign decisions, client commitments, or financial planning without independent verification.

5.Third-party platform disclaimer

Large language model APIs: AdSummon's AI capabilities are powered by third-party large language model APIs. The quality, accuracy, and availability of AI outputs are subject to the capabilities and limitations of these third-party models. Rebu Media Limited is not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes in third-party model behaviour, availability, or policy.

Meta Ads API: AdSummon accesses advertising data via the official Meta Ads API. Data availability, accuracy, and access permissions are governed by Meta Platforms, Inc. Rebu Media Limited is not responsible for data discrepancies, access interruptions, changes in API policy, or any decisions made by Meta that affect service functionality.

Google Ads API: AdSummon accesses advertising data via the official Google Ads API. Data availability, accuracy, and access permissions are governed by Google LLC. Rebu Media Limited is not responsible for data discrepancies, access interruptions, changes in API policy, or any decisions made by Google that affect service functionality.

6.Your account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up
• You must be authorised to connect the ad accounts you link to AdSummon
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not share your account with others or use AdSummon on behalf of a third party without their consent

7.Subscriptions and payment

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Prices are in USD. Rebu Media Limited reserves the right to adjust pricing for future billing periods with 30 days' advance notice.

8.Refunds

• Early Bird ($99): 30-day money-back guarantee. Email contact@adsummon.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked
• $19/month plan: No partial refunds for unused periods. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges
• Free trial: No charge if you cancel before the 3-day trial period ends

10.User data and query logging

Queries and interactions submitted to AdSummon may be reviewed by the founding team of Rebu Media Limited for the purposes of product improvement and quality assurance. This review is not shared with third parties and your data will not be used for marketing purposes.

Queries may be used in anonymised form to improve AI model performance. You may opt out of this by emailing contact@adsummon.com.

11.Acceptable use

• You may not use AdSummon to access ad accounts you are not authorised to manage
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of AdSummon
• You may not use AdSummon to generate content intended to deceive or mislead clients
• You may not resell or sublicense access to AdSummon without written permission
• You may not attempt to exploit, manipulate, or circumvent AdSummon's systems through any means, including but not limited to hacking, prompt injection, or any other malicious input designed to bypass system restrictions or extract unintended outputs

Rebu Media Limited reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access for any user found to be engaged in malicious, abusive, or unauthorised use of the service, without prior notice and without refund.

12.Changes to pricing and terms

Rebu Media Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service and pricing at any time, including during the beta period and after official launch. For material changes, we will notify users by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of AdSummon after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The Early Bird commitment described in Section 9 is excluded from general modification rights and is protected separately.

13.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rebu Media Limited's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of AdSummon shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Rebu Media Limited in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Rebu Media Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

14.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of AdSummon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
